…I still call it the View From the Top… and it continues.
As the seasons change, so does the attire. So look out for layers upon layers, winter warmers and frosty finishes.
Having previously fallen in love with the The Big Apple; I always knew I’d be back. Back to the glamour, glory, fortune and fame…Not! Well not for me anyway (not yet). Just back to the sites, shops and skylines! Ironically, with that said, as much as I was looking up; as usual; I was capturing the “View from the Top”, and focusing down. Before VFTT 109, there has been a lot more exotic, rural and tropical shots, so I figured it was time to break it up a bit, to get back to the city and to momentarily replace mother nature . What better place to start, than the concrete jungle itself?
Since I’ve already been the clichè NY tourist; I took a step back this time and saw more of New york for what it is. Staying in Brooklyn’s finest and yet so typical Brownstone apartments, I felt like I was home. Granted, it was a short (but sweet) trip, there was something about not staying in a hotel in the centre of Midtown, that opened my eyes and made me want to go back for than just a visit. I could avoid the crazy, jam-packed city that never sleeps, yet still enjoy the “New York vibe”. Having strolled through a couple of parks and the Botanical gardens, I could quite literally stop and smell the roses. Minus the Subway system (to which I won’t rant on about), I still love New York. Therefore, yet again; I’ll be back! #WatchThis Space
As November hits, the birthday season commences, celebrations begin and festivities await. As well as my birthday, my sister’s and many other friends and family’s birthdays approaching, The F Word also celebrates as it turns 2!
I started “The F Word” just a few days after my 21st and even fewer days after buying my first pair of Louboutins, because I was so inspired and enthused to share my little slice of luxury with the cyber world. Since then The F Word has travelled to an array of destinations including; Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, New York, Thailand and Malaysia. From urban cities, various Fashion weeks and original art exhibitions to rural landscapes, authentic finds and cultural markets as well as beautiful coastlines, paradise on earth and Mother Nature at her finest; The F Word has certainly seen it’s fair share and as a result, has published some versatile posts over the past 2 years. Featuring fashion, art, food, travel and my obsession with Marc Jacobs through images, videos and creative graphics, The F Word now has 6 pages, 132 posts (and counting) and has reached thousands all over the globe.
Untill another 365 days go by, here’s to The F Word. And yes, that’s cake 🙂 . Shoutout to my amazing Aunty for making it, as always I loved it. Thank you! She literally caters to my Marc Jacobs addiction. Can’t wait til next year! #cakecakecake
As well as having just started the Netflix series and becoming absolutely addicted, I have been a little obsessed with orange a while now. From an accessories colour pop to dresses, jumpers and jewellery; orange is definitely the new black.
With a trip to a designer outlet I purchased my latest Marc Jacobs editions; an orange leather clutch and a case for my new phone. Knowing my birthday was approaching, of course I convinced myself it was ok to spend and feed my Marc addiction. Guilty. However, with a new orange bag, needs a new pair of orange shoes, so here they are. The Balenciaga Glove wedge sandals in orange are one of my best designer buys to date-I love them. In regards to fashion, they are the epitome of “Orange is the new Black”! #Love
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. This NEW beauty is one of my favourites from the new collection. If you’re as obsessed as I am or just the slightest bit curious, get online or to your nearest store/ concession today! #addicted
It’s evident that I’m obsessed with Marc Jacobs; I passed denial a long time ago; but now I’m approaching acceptance when it comes to my addiction with watches- yes, Marc Jacobs watches! Guilty! I’ve recently found my next purchase, well I’ve added it to the list, put it that way and I couldn’t be more excited. I love it!
Made up of rose gold links, a teeny-tiny watch face and Jacobs’ attention to detail, the mini Marc by Marc Jacobs watch is the perfect combination of my current watch choice. It’s simple, it’s stylish and it’s everything I admire about Marc Jacobs!
