I was there, yet I myself am still speechless!
With that said, I won’t distract from the amazing shot above with a hundred words. After all, A photo is worth a thousand words and I am sure you’ll agree with me when I say that this particular view is worth a couple of thousand words. Unspoken words that is!- Undoubtedly when it comes to Mother Nature, this is the best and only kind!

As summer approaches, so does the urgent desire to have that “bikini bod” and the need to look “summer-time-fine”; so I am sure I’m not the only one who is eating healthier, detoxing and exercising more with the promise of feeling good!
Although I am yet to start (maybe) the completely green detox juices/smoothies, I have jumped on the green drink bandwagon- I’m just mixing it slightly more and cutting out the kale! I know, I know, its a superfood and all and probably one of the most vital ingredients but I can’t- It’s just tastes awful. I’ll stick to the spinach and banana for now thanks! #GoingGreen
Inspired by ancient traditions and the Sicilian Cart, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana have created a special Sicilian Carretto eyewear collection. With only 100 numbered pieces, the mixture of both optical and sun glasses have been individually crafted by hand; representing the definition of “One of a Kind”; as no two glasses have been decorated the same – making each one completely unique!
Made from canaletto walnut, each frame has been delicately hand-painted with images, symbols and iconography of Sicilian folk culture and history of the Italian island’s famous artistic mode of transport; the Sicilian Cart! Just like the original Sicilian Carretto, every one of the 100 limited edition pieces in the special eyewear collection, reflects Sicily’s tradition and culture through the ample use of of bright colours, multiple layers of paint, Carretto motifs and a great attention to detail!
Personally, I think this is amazing! Dolce and Gabbana have out done themselves in terms of creative inspiration, but on this occasion I have to compliment the artists/decorators for the precision, time consumption and delicate craftsmanship. The results are truly beautiful. I only wish I could afford a pair and be one of the lucky 100! The pieces from this special eyewear collection are definitely collectable pieces, worth treasuring. Like any high-end limited edition fashion piece, I’m sure these glasses will increase in value and be considered a stylish investment!

With the end of June slowly approaching and the weather on the up, it’s official; British summer is actually here. After 4 months in South America (majority in the sun) to having to spend my entire summer in London where “typical British weather” and rain are notorious, I was suspicious about the summer months. Nevertheless, sandal season is upon us and what better way to go about it than with an awesome pair of Marc Jacobs gold buckle up flats, matched with a colour-pop side bag. The foiled texture of the metallic shoes can complete a casual summertime-fine outfit; with a simple yet fashionable influence. Furthermore, the block-colour circular side bag is a perfect match with the geometric quilted detailing adding to the simply yet sophisticated look.
So Yesterday I FINALLY booked my summer holiday to Thailand. And i Can not wait. It was a well over due "thing" on my never ending "to do" list. But now its done, all i can do is count down the weeks. Despite this miserable weather that is so "Typical British" I can't help but look at all the summer goodies and skimpy little clothes for my South East Asia travels.
Whilst I have been told (by many) that i have a "Problem", I am still overly obsessed with Marc Jacobs. I have come to the realisation that my black 'Natasha' MJ handbag will not suffice for the treks, day trips and wild nights out that Thailand has to offer. So when i came across this mint green Marc by Marc Jacobs tote, i knew it was the one (There goes another item on my wish list) . Tote-ally perfect for a beach bag don't you think?! #EXCITED
