From fabulous footwear to swanky nail polish, Christian Louboutin will also launch a fancy lipstick range to add to his expanding beauty collection. Available in 38 shades, there will be plenty of choice. Including your timeless reds, seasonal brights, stand-out colour pops, your subtle under-tones and nudey hues; it seems you’ll be able to match your Loubou footwear with your Loubou lippy!
As well as a mixed colour pallet, the Louboutin lipsticks will also come in a mixture of 3 intensities. From colour intentse Velvet Matte to a much softer Sheer Voile, with a Satin Finish in between; theres a luxurious lipstick for every occasion!
Just like the Louboutin nail varnishes, the casing alone is glamorous enough to make you want it. And priced at £60 each, they are most definitely desirable pieces to add to your “It” beauty collection or if you’re like me; it will be enough to just have it (to look at). So get saving, because the Louboutin lipstick range will make its debut in September!!
Next March the V&A museum will be showcasing a World McQueen exhibition. Like so many out there, I couldn’t be more excited.
For 4 months, the exhibit will be Europe’s first and largest retrospective of McQueens work. From his MA graduate collection, to his unfinished AW collection in 2010 (-including his work as chief designer at Givenchy); the showcase will represent the late British designer’s originality and creative flare. With plenty of sparkle, extravagant designs and unique structures; the exhibition is going to be one to remember.
The above piece, is a dress made entirely from Swarovski crystals-how exciting!
Bring on March 2015!
After weeks of waiting, it is final here; Marc By Marc Jacobs first beauty collection. With an amazing clothing collections, magnificent bags, adorable purses and pretty shoes; season after season Marc Jacobs delivers; so it was only a matter of time before he joined YSL, Dior and Chanel on the make-up counter. For years Marc By Marc Jacobs has designed make-up bags and now its time to fill those bags. From mascara, to lip gloss, foundation, eye shadow and lip stick; as of today, consider that make-up bag full.
The Perfect Diet Coke
My dedication to Marc Jacobs has me buying Diet Coke. I don’t even drink Coke. Even as one who always take the sugar-free, less fat, diet, lite, extra lite and what ever has the least calories option; Diet Coke has never really floated my boat. But celebrating 30 years of the sugarless Brown fizz (Diet Coke) and with Marc Jacobs as the new creative director, I was not about to walk passed these limited edition beauties without picking one or two or three up!
There are 3 different designs, one for each decade that Diet Coke has graced us with its presence; 80s, 90s and 00s. Personally, as a 90s baby, this one is of course my fav and just because its the nicest!
I ❤ Marc Jacobs

With Marc Jacobs on my “New York Shopping List” and having recently fallen in love with his new watch collection, I knew i had to come back with one. And like i said before, There is just something about the mini orange leather strapped, small faced watch that i love. These days i have a “thing” for orange, so I just knew this was the one!
Whilst the Dollar rate to the pound may not have been great, at 1.5 it was the best i was gonna get. Plus with Macy’s 10% off visitor’s card, who was i to complain.
I went for it
As much as “I heart NY”, may heart also belongs in a designer bag. Currently on a cheeky trip to New York, I came across these BEAUTIES, in the city’s most luxurious shopping district; Madison Avenue and Fifth Avenue! With block after block of designer flagships, I knew I was in the right place. Now in this concrete jungle, I’m just waiting for ” my dreams to comes true” so I can purchase a bag or five!
This little buba certainly looks like her daddy. It is the first actual photo i have seen of Blue Ivy Carter's face since Beyonce had her . A little jay-z in the making I say. But I wonder if she will have the same desire for music like her power couple parents!
Tell me she isn’t HOT STUFF. Did anyone watch the super bowl last night or at least the highlights? Well to those who didn’t catch the beauty that is Beyonce, strutting her stuff in New Orleans, she has FINALLY announced her Mrs Carter tour and I can not wait.
what is beauty? :To BUY (fashion) or to EAT?
They say Beauty is in the eye on the beholder, but when it comes to fashion there seems to be a consensus! I’m sure everyone agrees that anything Mr. Largerfeld designs and produces is nothing but ‘beauty’, yet we judge the people who own such beauties.
Are they beautiful because they wear Chanel? Are they beautiful because they earned it, through status and reputation? Are they beautiful because they fit the criteria? ; hair, face, make up and body size? Or are they beautiful because no matter the dress size, wealth, hair or skin colour , beauty is infinite?
It is common knowledge what Karl Largerfeld thinks of body size and there place in the fashion industry. Having called Adele “fat”, stating how unacceptable it is for women to be overweight and claiming models are not that skinny, Chanel’s creative director expresses his view on beauty.
Chanel or a Big Mac? why not BOTH?
why as women, are we obsessed with losing weight and trying to look the perfect part? Whilst fashion may be an inspiration, its society that fuel the drive to be “skinny”. But since when was skinny more beautiful than being curvy?

So over the Christmas/ New years holiday, I went to the “Ball Gowns, British Glamour since 1950s” Exhibition at the V&A, but have not had time to upload anything until now due to the exams that took over my life.
“From debutantes and royalty to charity balls and red carpets, this exhibition highlighted the styles, silhouettes and colours that have been perennial favourites for many years…

The center dress above was worn by Beyonce during Obama’s first inauguration back in 2009, and i love it. It is sexy yet still very sophisticated, classy and ooh so glamourous!
